Helene Quick is a Cruise Planners franchise owner based in Las Vegas, crafting personalized cruise and land vacations to worldwide destinations. Helene started her franchise alongside business partner, and co-owner, Lisa Smith, in 2015 after working for 5 years as a cruise vacation planner for Princess Cruises, turning her passion for travel into entrepreneurship and self-employment. Helene hit the ground running with franchise ownership and continues to build a successful, full-time travel business. Helene is an aviation enthusiast, holding her private pilot’s license and serving as a member of the NBAA, National Business Aircraft Association. Her career in aviation started as an Executive Client Concierge and Marketing Manager with Air Service Hawaii, a Fixed Based Operator (FBO) in the Hawaiian Islands and worked as an Airport Services Concierge with JetSuiteX based here in California. As a travel professional, Helene doesn’t just sell travel, she lives it, going beyond the textbook travel experiences she sold while working for Princess Cruises and finding a new approach to travel planning. Franchise ownership has brought her a new perspective on both life and business, allowing her to be true to herself, her passions and her goals.

Cruise Planners franchise owner Lisa Smith brings her clients the expertise of nearly 20 years as a travel industry professional, almost a decade of which was with Princess Cruises. She is well-versed in both domestic and international travel, along with short-term vacations. As a travel advisor, Lisa personally thrives on challenging tasks that revolve around client-serving ventures and attending to her clients’ unique needs—she is passionate about ensuring a smooth, stress-free travel experience. Drawing on her extensive industry background and resources, Lisa will help make your travel dreams a reality. Lisa understands the many different booking platforms and information technology used throughout the travel industry. She has been able to cultivate ongoing relationships with a number of travel partners, which has led to steady growth in repeat customers and new referrals from satisfied clients. Lisa and her co-owner and business partner, Helene Quick, are top producers with Cruise Planners and are delighted to work for such a rapidly expanding brand. Prior to starting their business with Cruise Planners in 2015, they also won numerous awards as top sellers at Princess Cruises. As a native Californian, Lisa spends her free time exploring the California coast and enjoys wine tasting in Paso Robles, California. Her favorite destinations are the world-renowned Kaanapali Beach in Maui and sailing the beautiful Caribbean and Mexican Riviera.
